Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.

Preheat your grill and cook over medium-high heat, turning only once, about 4 minutes per side.

When the zucchini is done, add finely chopped garlic and white wine vinegar.  Let it cool.
