Rub both sides of the salmon with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Roasted at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

Chop the herbs, olives and garlic and combine with the rest of the sauce ingredients.  Stir well to combine and set aside.

When the salmon is done, top it with the herb sauce.  Using a large fok, flake into portion sized servings and plate.
