INGREDIENTS

Using a mandoline, carefully shave the broccolini lengthwise into thin pieces.

Shave the Broccolini

Chop the chives and pistachios, and zest the lemon.  Add to the mix a pinch of red pepper flakes.

Prep the Garnish

Toss the broccolini with olive oil and salt and grill over medium heat until cooked through.

Grill the Broccolini

Remove from the grill and add the remaining olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, pistachios and chives.

Transfer the finished broccolini to a large serving plate and ENJOY!
